We began projecting the East Side Blend as a response to those who wanted an approachable filter coffee or espresso blend without sacrificing complexity. Built on a foundation of coffee from our good friends and partners in Yepocapa, Guatemala, we adjust the profile with more delicate seasonal coffees to bring layering and different textures to the cup.
